In the field of perforated sheets, hexagon got the major Open Area (>60%).
Main feature of hexagonal holes is the high Open Area %. Sheets can be in Stainless Steel Aisi 304-316-321, Mild Steel, Galvanized, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, in standard sizes, at measure, perforated in zones and as drawing, prototype to mid quantities. No minimum quantity needed. Thanks to our press tool building unit the variety of holes is increasing day by day.
Perforated sheets - Hexagonal holes table - HT (60°) - staggered
Shown perforation is the smallest available.: hexagon HT4.8 is mainly used onto power cases thanks to high airflow exchange. Door cases are often zone perforated.

Hexagons make it possible to have minimum distance between hole-to-hole and high OA%. Sheets are suitable for loudspeaker and other uses where airflow is essential.

With hexagonal holes we have a minimal distance between hole-to-hole. This makes it possible to have high OA% ideal on air flow and audio applications.
